A specialized concrete contractor in Rogaland that has grown steadily and emphasizes quality, safety and good project management . To support further growth, they wanted to reduce manual work and gain better digital control over calculations and construction site monitoring.
From manual processes to digital flow
In the construction industry, time, precision and quality are all important. For Moment Betong, the need for better interaction between the office and the construction site became increasingly clear. Many tasks were solved in Excel and email, and it was demanding to keep track of both calculations , checklists and deviations.
With the transition to build , and the modules my calc and my project , the company finally got a tool that simplified everyday life, and linked planning, quality and documentation in one solution.
Too much time in Excel and manual processes
Like many in the industry, Moment Betong found that a lot of time was spent manually following up on calculations, checklists and documentation. Different systems and files made it difficult to ensure that everyone was working from the same version.

After a thorough assessment, Moment Betong chose to use my calc. for costing work and my project for project follow-up. The transition went quickly, with close follow-up from the buildit team.

Everyday life today – Smooth flow between office and construction site
In the office, the cost estimators now work in my calc with full access to updated price banks and project history . This makes it easier to price new projects and ensure consistency between projects.
Out on the construction site, bases and foremen use my project on mobile to register deviations , sign checklists and upload images directly. The information flows seamlessly back to the office, without Excel sheets, printouts or duplication of work.
The result is more time for value creation and less time for administration .
