Systematize your property portfolio

my facility is the module that gives you full control over your property and associated units. With the module, you can efficiently send and receive completed work orders from your operations personnel at all levels of the property. The document archive allows you to quickly and easily find drawings and other documentation related to the properties and units. The rental function in the FDV system ensures that you get a full overview of your lease agreements at all levels, which provides predictability for rental income.    

my facility allows you to register and manage information for your properties and their units. This is an FDV system that gives you a permanent history of all your properties and building masses. The module is fully integrated with the Norwegian Mapping Authority so that you can search to find the correct cadastral information immediately for your property and store this in the database.  

With my facility you can easily find information about work to be performed in the future, organize information about provisional tenants, and have full control and overview of which projects and work have previously been performed.

  • Documents

    The integration with Microsoft Office allows you to create documents in Word, PowerPoint and Excel and automatically saves the document to the property/building/room.

  • Task management

    Manage tasks and assign them to the responsible and correct operating personnel. Everything from following up simple operational and maintenance tasks to inspections can be managed and followed up through the myfacility FM system.

  • email

    Save relevant emails with attachments and link it to the right property and unit. This ensures that anyone working on the properties will have access to relevant emails with ease.

  • Cadastre

    You can quickly and easily store relevant cadastral information on your devices. The FDV system ensures that you have a good overview wherever you are.

  • Leases

    Register various content relevant to your leases. Record the tenant, deposit, rental cost, invoice basis and similar information directly in the property management system.

  • Project data

    The system presents which projects have been completed on each individual property and on the various property units. Such information related to the projects is easily accessible in the module.
