Professional tool for maintenance plans

mylccplan is a user-friendly module that provides a correct and good overview of maintenance, development, operation and upgrade measures for the entire building and its building components in both the short and long term.
Once the building's components have been entered, you can easily add condition and impact analysis with assessments for energy, environment and design. By calculating in the module, you have access to one of Norway's largest price banks.

The complete condition analysis and overview of the maintenance costs the program will provide will make it easier to make good decisions on which measures to carry out per year on the property stock. As a property manager, the module will provide an invaluable overview and predictability in the operation of your buildings. Once the plan has been created, users and residents of the building can be invited to a separate viewing. Here they can report measures that have been carried out, new measures and get a complete overview of their building's finances.

The work with condition analysis and maintenance costs will become easier and more transparent, so get started quickly with a simple and explanatory user interface.

  • Large price bank

The price bank contains a rich template that can be used to plan your maintenance. Items for replacement of building components, routine maintenance and surveys are all entered with expected costs and intervals. The expected service life is taken from Sintef Byggforsk's service life tables, but the user interface allows the user to easily customize the service life depending on which products you choose to use.

  • Budget

mylccplan with the associated user portal mycontract calculates expected costs for future years, with the necessary provisions to cover costs. As measures are carried out, you can report actual costs, both for planned measures and anything else that may arise. The budget is automatically updated to give you an up-to-date and accurate picture of costs and provisioning needs.

  • NS 3424 Condition analysis of buildings

Set the condition and consequence rating directly on the object with the corresponding consequence type from a browser or mobile. This will provide detailed insight into the technical condition of the building and provide information that will be useful for planning future upgrades and maintenance.

  • Report bank

The reports in mylccplan give you an overview of the building's technical condition. Planned maintenance measures and upgrades are clearly displayed by year with expected costs per year.

  • History and service booklet

All measures carried out on the building stock can be stored in the system with associated documents, receipts and costs. This gives both users of the building and you as a maintenance planner a complete overview of what has been done, as well as the necessary information for any complaints.

  • User portal

Users of the building, be they businesses or residents, can be invited to a dedicated user portal. This provides insight and an overview of planned measures and the condition of the building. Users can also report their own tasks here if necessary.
