Improve the quality of your projects with tailored checklists!

Save time and money - improve the quality of your construction projects with checklists tailored to your project

Quality assurance
Quality assurance is an important part of a craftsman's work. This ensures that building requirements are followed and documented. Central approval requires that the company has quality assurance procedures in place and that you can confirm that these procedures both meet and comply with the requirements set out in or pursuant to the Planning and Building Act.

By using checklists in a digital QA system, you can ensure that your company has control over this.

What is a checklist?

A checklist is a list of things that are required, to be done, and/or assessed. A checklist is documentation that confirms what has been checked and found to be in order and can be used as "documentation" for your customers.
A construction project checklist is a tool to track progress and ensure that all necessary tasks or details are accounted for during the construction process. Checklists should be part of your enterprise system within QA and HSE/SHA.

Why use checklists?

The use of checklists can help to ensure the completion of tasks to be performed. This will reduce the likelihood of errors and omissions, increase accountability and reduce the risk of problems that may arise during construction projects.

  • Improved efficiency: Checklists can help you work efficiently and quickly. They will be a reminder of which tasks have been completed, which are next and which need to be done.

  • Improved quality control: Checklists help you ensure that critical steps are carried out correctly and that every detail is accounted for. This will keep quality at a high level.

  • Reduce the risk of errors: The occurrence of errors and omissions can be minimized by using checklists. They will provide a reminder to complete tasks on time, in the right order and with appropriate documentation.

  • Communication and collaboration: A construction project usually involves a large number of professionals from different disciplines. Checklists help to ensure that each professional follows the established plan, therefore promoting communication and collaboration.

"A checklist confirms what has been checked and found to be in order and identifies any discrepancies"

How to work with checklists in build myproject and mymobile?

With myproject, you have a template library of checklists and documents you can use. Although our library is extensive, it will never be complete. At buildit, we therefore appreciate our customers who provide feedback on what they need so that we can continuously expand our library. In this way, together with our customers, we can offer the largest possible library.

With mymobile, you get an effective tool for managing checklists and deviations. As checklists and deviations are completed, they are updated in myproject so that the project manager can get a full overview.

In short: build makes both the practical and administrative aspects of QA and HSE requirements easier for you. It gives you more time for what you actually make money from: Building.

Examples of checklists that are available with us today:

  • Administration - Quality check of subcontractors

  • Administration - Before starting on site

  • Groundwork - Radon barrier

  • Carpentry - Interior walls

  • Carpentry - Exterior walls

  • Carpentry - Roofing

  • Carpentry - Beams

  • HSE - Hot works

  • HMS - Scaffolding

  • HMS - Vernerunde

  • HSE - Waste management

Above are examples of the different checklists we have today. There are also variations of these, such as the checklist for exterior roofs, many of which depend on the type of roof. A roof with cardboard requires different items in the checklist than a roof with tiles.

Using good checklists saves time and money and increases the quality of the delivery. With checklists, you can monitor progress during the construction period, ensure that all necessary tasks are completed and reduce potential deviations.
